Hole #2
There is much more to this hole than just water that borders the left side. Playing into the teeth of the prevailing wind, the difficulty of this par five increases substantially, as three big blows are needed to reach the putting surface. On calmer days, the golfer must choose to play his second shot to an upper or lower fairway. This is an important decision due to the severely sloped green, for which this hole is named. Portions of the green only receive approach shots from a particular angle.
